On April 28 in Almaty the Akim of the region Marat
Sultangaziyev met with the Speaker of the Parliament of the Republic of
Singapore Mr. Seah Kian Peng.
From the Kazakhstani side, the Ambassador
Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic
of Singapore, the Commonwealth of Australia and New Zealand Askar Kuttykadam,
member of the Committee on International Affairs, Defense and Security of the
Majilis of VIII convocation Olzhas Kusbekov, Chairman of the Board of Directors
of Caspian Group Tskhay Yuriy, Chief Executive Officer of Caspian Group Kim
Alexander, Deputy Akim of Almaty region Rustam Isataev and Head of SEZ Alatau Saurbek
Zhanibek.
During the meeting, Rustam Isataev, Deputy Akim of the
region, Saurbek Zhanibek, Director of the managing company of SEZ Alatau,
presented the projects of "Alatau City". The parties discussed issues
of bilateral cooperation in various sectors of the economy.
