In October EVRAZ will increase supplies of steel rebar to Kazakhstan. In particular, EVRAZ Caspian Steel will be planned to ship 25,1 thousand tons, that is 20% more relatively to last month, 5 thousand tons will be exported. At that time EVRAZ ZSMK put 2,7 thousand tons of steel rebar (+9%). Increasing of shipments of rolled products related to the completion of long-term repair on the converter equipment of the enterprise in Novokuznetsk.
According to the Metal Expert, EVRAZ shipped 222 thousand tons of steel rebar to Kazakhstani companies for 9 months, that is 6% more, than in the same period of last year; shipments of profiled bar reduced by 18%, up to 64,5 thousand tons.
