The government of Kazakhstan
has submitted for consideration the concept of the master plan for the
development of G4 City in Almaty region, Zakon.kz reports.
G4 City is a smart city
consisting of four modern thematic districts - Gate District, Golden District,
Growing District and Green District, located along the Almaty-Konaev highway.
The main goals of the G4
City project are qualitative change in the social structure of society,
formation of a new generation of healthy, active, educated citizens of their
country. Mainly, it is a significant increase in the quality of life,
improvement of the demographic situation in the country, creation of conditions
for the development of human capital, and creation of conditions for
breakthrough development of the country.
This concept envisions that G4
City will become a new economic and global tourism center located along the New
Silk Road.
