Kazakhstan and Singapore signed an Agreement on free trade in services and investments.

During the state visit to Astana the President of Singapore Halima Yacob signed an Agreement on free trade in services and investment. This is the first document of this kind for Kazakhstan.

The Agreement provides for the establishment of mutual preferential access to 92 types of services subsectors, more favorable conditions for investment, and provides a high level of investor protection in accordance with international practice.
