A unique residential complex located within the historical section of Almaty, situated at the intersection of Zhibek Zholy Avenue and Nauryzbai Batyr Street. The project was jointly implemented with a German partner as part of the city development concept created by the Danish architect, Jan Geil. The residential complex was built using the most advanced technologies and in compliance with high seismic resistance requirements.
