The General Plan of Alatau city in Almaty region was approved

In accordance with subparagraph 5) of Article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On architectural, urban planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan” The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES: 

1.     To approve the attached draft General Plan of Alatau city of Almaty region (including main provisions), approved by Almaty regional maslikhat and maslikhat of Alatau city.

2.     To recognize as invalid the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan from November 2, 2009 № 1740 “About the general plan of the satellite city ‘Golden City’ of Almaty region”.

3.     This resolution shall be enacted upon expiration of ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
