Alatau
city, which has embarked on a path of accelerated development, should become a
flagship project for the new investment cycle. This means introducing
cutting-edge innovative solutions and using artificial intelligence and digital
technologies in all areas of life based on the principles of Smart City.
Unprecedented
conditions must be created there to attract capital, and a progressive
regulatory regime must be established to allow for the testing of new, bold
solutions.
On my
instructions, a draft constitutional law has been developed and submitted to
Parliament to address this important issue.
The
government must ensure the high-quality development of this project, which is
unique for our country, without unnecessary bureaucracy and delays.
