The Iconic Towers skyscraper complex, designed by leading architects from the UK and the US, will be a landmark project for the city of Alatau.
The project consists of two towers of different heights situated on a single massive podium. Its highest point is the 56-storey tower, standing 272 meters height. Offices, a five-star international hotel and luxury apartments will be located here.
The second, 80-meter-tall tower, will be dedicated to premium-class apartments. The base of the skyscraper will feature cultural spaces and a shopping and entertainment center.
