The Gate District is one of four structurally integrated, unique, modern themed districts within the smart city of Alatau, situated along the Almaty–Konaev motorway. This is where the residential complex takes its name: ‘Gate City’.
The Gate City residential complex comprises homes offering a high quality of life and a cosy living environment. During the design phase, particular attention was paid to transport and social infrastructure, ensuring convenient connectivity to the Gate District and the whole city of Alatau.
