On establishing the boundaries (borders) of Alatau city in the Almaty region
In accordance with subparagraph 2) of Article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On the Administrative-Territorial Structure of the Republic of Kazakhstan”
The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. To agree with the joint decision of the Almaty regional Maslikhat dated September 25, 2024 No.26-135 and the resolution of the Akimat of Almaty region dated September 25, 2024 No.299 “On establishing the boundaries (borders) of Alatau city in the Almaty region” on establishing the boundaries (borders) of Alatau city in the Almaty region including parts of the lands of Konaev city in its boundaries, Ili and Talgar districts of the Almaty region with a total area of 88 000 hectares according to the annex to this resolution.
2. This resolution shall enter into effect upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication
