Kazakhstan strengthens international partnership in the digital asset industry

The owner of Kazakhstan's Alatau City Bank, Vyacheslav Kim, and DDH (North America) Inc., with the support of the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, have signed a memorandum of understanding worth US$300 million. The purpose of the agreement is to strengthen strategic partnerships in the field of digital mining, modernize energy and computing infrastructure, and attract private investment to create modern data centers and increase the transparency and efficiency of Kazakhstan's mining industry, DKNews.kz reports.

Kazakhstan is building an open and strategically oriented model of cooperation in the digital asset industry. The signing of a memorandum between a Kazakh investor and an American mining company reflects a policy to international partnership, technology exchange, and the development of sustainable investment ties. For Kazakhstan, this is an opportunity to adopt best practices, strengthen competencies, and lay the foundation for joint innovation in the field of digital mining and artificial intelligence. Such projects contribute to strengthening Kazakhstan's status as a reliable and responsible participant in the global digital economy," said Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zhaslan Madiyev.
